Smell the sea and feel the sky... this sounds like a great reminder to be absolutely present in the moment. How often do you get to slow down and smell the roses - or the sea? Life moves a little bit slower here in St. Croix, and it allows us to take more time to take it all in. The smell of the sea, the caress of the ocean breeze, the picturesque experience of a beautiful sunset. 

Life is about moments, experiences that make our lives more full and meaningful. This is often found in the most simple of pleasures, where we are able to be fully present in the moment and time seems to stop.
