Yesterday was the full moon and the theme that came up everywhere I looked, both in real life and on social media, was release, let go, surrender... So I pulled out my card deck called, "The Power of Surrender" by Judith Orloff, M.D. and this was the card that spoke to me. 

Surrender to creativity. This has been a theme for me recently, really going deep into creative processes and opening up to that beautiful, often elusive spark of inspiration. If you are reading this and thinking that you aren't creative, and this wisdom is lost on you, think again. We're all creative, it simply shows up in different ways. 

This month blew in with a newness and freshness that felt hopeful. It is a time of changing seasons, the transition of summer to fall, entry into the fourth quarter of the year and the beginning of our journey to the holidays and the year's end. The "Hunter's Moon" is all about preparing for the next season. Up north, you may be preparing for the colder months, in warmer climates we feel the changing of the seasons too, in a completely different way.
