The summer solstice is a time to reflect on what we have received in our lives in the seasons past and a time to look toward the future. Any time of transition is ideal for reflection and gratitude. 

This quote holds so much truth, we can live our lives, take in new information and experience, but it is only integrated and processed in hindsight. Some of the most wonderful memories are born out of experiences that may not have been perfect in the moment, but became sometimes beautiful as a reflection in the rearview mirror. 

Summer is here, and it is a time to live wildly and beautifully free, moving forward and taking it all in.
