In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to seek love externally, whether it be through relationships, achievements, or validation from others. I love this quote because it reminds us that the true task lies within – an exploration of the barriers we have constructed within ourselves. 

Breaking down these internal barriers is a courageous act of self-love. It involves a willingness to face the shadows within, to embrace vulnerability, and to cultivate a deeper understanding of oneself. The process is not about perfection but about progress, about gradually dismantling the walls that have kept us from fully experiencing and embracing love in its purest form.

With love in the air this week, it's a good time to remember that love goes far deeper than roses and chocolate, and even jewelry :)
