Remembering to be in the present moment and enjoy the now can be a challenge in this day and age! There is so much peace to be found when we slow down, and live in today. 

As much as we like to think we can control the outcome of our tomorrows, we can waste so much of today's time and energy being concerned with what comes next.

Taking time to enjoy exactly where we are is a simple pleasure we can all practice today. Being present and enjoying this moment is a wonderful place to be.
