The soul is like a rough diamond, full of sparkling brilliant potential. I love this quote, and I appreciate most quotes that use gemstone analogies. This feels like another way of saying "be the light", and a reminder to remember that we all shine from within. 

(I also re-watched one of my all-time favorite Pixar movies, "SOUL" this weekend, so this quote felt appropriate)
