Take a pause. It's amazing what we notice when we take time to slow down and pause. Allow for space, don't fill it up, revel in that spaciousness.
Summer on St. Croix seems to officially be here. The air is warmer and the island feels more spacious. Summer is slow, and I like it that way. It's a beautiful time to take a pause and appreciate the simple pleasures all around.
I hope your summer is spacious and slow as well, or whatever it is you want it to be. Take a moment this week to pause, and appreciate the moment for exactly what is - then enjoy more of those moments.
