It costs nothing to be kind, it's a currency we can all afford to give away. Simple, genuine acts of kindness go a long way, and may just change someone's entire day. I experience this myself, over and over and know it to be true. 

I believe in the ripple effect of kindness, that one seemingly small action can cause a chain reaction of goodness that extends far beyond what we can see. The more kindness we ourselves put out into the world, more of it actually comes back to us. We can make ripples that turn into waves.
