THE GLASS IS REFILLABLE!

It's Monday morning and I hope you are waking up to it with an overflowing glass! I love "filling the cup" metaphors and regularly talk about doing things to fill your cup, and how we absolutely cannot pour from an empty one! This quote is simply brilliant, and a perfect reminder that our cups can always be re-filled. 

Weekends and days off really should be for doing things that recharge our batteries (or refill our cups!) and in the process, light up our souls! I hope your weekend was full of all these things, and that you are greeting the new week with excitement and promise.
