Monday Morning Inspiration, March 16

"They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself." ―Andy Warhol

There is something about this time of year that naturally turns our attention toward change.

The seasons begin to shift. The light lingers a little longer. The air feels different. Even before spring fully arrives, we can sense that something is moving. Nature reminds us that change is part of life, quiet at first, but always underway.

It’s easy to hope that time alone will do the work for us. And while time does bring perspective, healing, and space to see things differently, time by itself is not the whole story. Meaningful change often asks something of us: a decision, a willingness, a new thought, a new action, a brave first step.

Spring shows us how this works. It doesn’t arrive all at once. It comes gradually, through small shifts that create something new, a bud opening, a brighter day, a seed growing beneath the surface before anyone can see it.

The same is true in our own lives. The life we want is often built not in grand gestures, but in the small ways we choose to show up differently; the boundary we honor, the idea we stop postponing, the habit we begin, the space we make for something new.

Spring reminds us that renewal is real. That even after long seasons of stillness, growth returns.

Maybe that is the deeper gift of this moment: not just trusting that change will come, but remembering that we have the power to meet it, shape it, and create it in our own lives.

Wishing you a beautiful week of fresh perspective, gentle courage, and meaningful new beginnings.

Happy Monday!
