LOVE is in the air! Valentine's Day is this Sunday, but do we really need an excuse to express love? Ideally, we should celebrate the ones we love, including ourselves, a lot more often than once a year!

I have always loved this quote. Self love is the most important thing, because if we can't love ourselves, we won't be able to love anyone else. Just as we can't pour from an empty cup, fill yourself with love first and there will be so much more love to go around. 

 Many of us often think of certain resources as finite and limited - LOVE is absolutely not one of them! There is no shortage and there is more than enough to go around. I hope you'll share some love today and everyday - that could be as simple as smiling at a stranger or complimenting someone whose energy resonates with you.
