This is a definite prescription to cure the winter blues, that goes without saying! Perhaps one of the reasons people who live in the Caribbean are just so happy, is because we are able to live close to nature and soak up the healing of the sun and sea (vitamins D and SEA) on a regular basis.
Moving the body, releasing tears and a soak in the ocean are just a few of nature's valuable healing resources, and if these three things don't cure everything, I think we'll all feel much better after trying them!
