We're all in such a hurry these days, myself included. It really is true that slow is often the faster way to go, yet it is so much easier to keep pushing and rushing and believing that is the only way to get things done. 

Nature does not hurry. We could glean much from nature's wisdom in many ways on many levels. Island life is a great reminder of this very lesson. Don't hurry, it will all get done. It may not be on your time, but it will all get done. 

In these last few sleepy weeks of late summer, I hope you are finding some time to slow down.
