"When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It's to enjoy each step along the way." ― Wayne Dyer
Dancing is not about achieving something, but about being present in the moment, expressing joy, and enjoying the experience. We could learn a lot from the experience of dancing, and the idea of truly letting ourselves get lost in the movement and the moment.
As a former ballet dancer, it took decades for me to be comfortable dancing without choreography. Like most things, the magic lies in the unscripted, unplanned, authentic experience of the dance itself, enjoying each step along the way. What if we lived our lives like this?
Happy Monday!
