"The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn."— John Muir
There’s something about this time of year that invites reflection. The light shifts, the air cools, and even here in the Caribbean, where the temperature changes are minimal, the energy of change is in the air.
Nature has a way of clearing what no longer serves us. The winds and storms may feel turbulent, but they also bring renewal, energy, and clarity. Just like the trees that release their leaves each fall, we, too, can let go; of worries, old stories, or anything weighing us down.
It’s not always easy to trust the process, but the natural world shows us how: to release without fear, to rest when needed, and to know that beauty will bloom again in its time.
Happy Monday!
