Do you consider yourself creative? One of the things I hear all the time is that people don't consider themselves creative. The truth is, as humans we are all creative beings! Your creativity may not look like mine, or look like that of another artist, but that doesn't mean you aren't creative. 

You may remember being creative as a child. You saw a world that was full of magic and wonder. Children do not worry if their artwork is “good”, they draw, create, express, and experience with full presence and raw, unfiltered emotion. Children are able to access the joy of being in love with life that many of us forget as we grow older. 

Creating a child, raising a family, decorating a home, problem-solving, building a house, building a business, fixing a car, baking a cake - these are all things that require our creativity. The energy of creation is all around us, and we can all find our own personal and unique creativity that lies in our individual strengths and gifts. 

I believe it is through the expression of our creativity that we are able to experience life more deeply and in turn enhance its beauty by adding to it with our own individual brand of magic.
