Compliments are like sunshine, you can’t always see the effect they have, but you feel them. They warm hearts, spark smiles, and brighten even the cloudiest days.

This week, let’s try something simple but powerful. Let’s look around and notice the good stuff,and actually say it, acknowledge it, fully appreciate it, and experience the positivity of all the good that surrounds us. 

I truly believe beauty is everywhere, in gems, in nature, in the people around us, and the more we notice and celebrate it, the more it grows. Sometimes we need to be reminded, sometimes we need to remind others. 

So go out there and be a ray of sunshine this week. Be the light. Shine your light. Share your warmth. And don’t be surprised if it circles right back to you.
