Being present is a wonderful goal to aspire to. When our hearts are present, we are able to show up fully for the connections in our lives, and for everything we do. Presence and creativity really do go hand in hand, and there is a reason that we "create" connections. We become creators when our hearts are fully present. 

I truly believe connection is needed more today than ever! Connection and presence are two things essential for positive relationships. While this is a great guide for personal connections, I also believe in bringing this into business as well. Over the years I have made so many wonderful connections through my business and my work, and I am so very grateful for it!
