Another beautiful reminder that gratitude can literally re-train our brains to focus on the good in our lives. It's miraculous really! When we focus on all the wonderful things we have, we see more of it, and the things we lack have far less weight!
A few minutes in the morning and/ or evening to stop and think about all the things we appreciate in our lives goes a long way. We start noticing the seemingly little things, a bird, a rainbow, a smile on a stranger, the everyday miracles disguised as the simplest of things.
