I love June because it is my birthday month! No matter how long I have been out of school, the month of June still feels like that "school's out freedom" I experienced as a kid. There's also father's day and graduations happening this month, and probably my favorite, the summer solstice on June 19th! 

This month's calendar photo comes from Boiler Bay, on the east end of St. Croix near Point Udall. While walking my dog on the beach, I found this little "zen tower". It got me thinking of balance.
